Introducing Aaron Hill
We are excited to introduce the latest addition to the Stephanie Real Estate team, Aaron Hill. After spending 17 years in the California commercial real estate market, Aaron has moved back to the valley with his wife Erika to raise their three young daughters Ellie, Gigi, and Rosie.
“The thing I love about being in [a] team environment is just the camaraderie and being able to work with other people and not feel like you’re on an island,” says Aaron, “And then always being there for one another.”
Previously, Aaron’s background has been working with growing small businesses. Now engaged in more of the residential market, Aaron hopes to share this same mindset of helping people when it comes to finding someone’s dream home.
Outside of the office, Aaron is an avid outdoorsman. He loves skiing, river rafting, hunting, and fishing. Prior to getting his start in the real estate market nearly two decades ago, he doubled as a waiter at the iconic Pioneer Saloon (lovingly referred to by locals as “the Pio”) and a fly-fishing guide at Silver Creek Outfitters. More than anything, Aaron is eager to be part of the Wood River Valley community once again.

Stephanie contributes her continued success of ranking in the top 10 agents in the area to keeping her clients informed from start to finish, her strong work ethic, and her ability to listen to her client's needs and wants. Calling Sun Valley home for over 40 years and having grown up in the Wood River Valley, she can truly attest to the unique quality of life and sense of community the area provides. This knowledge has allowed her to provide clients with information on the past and current market trends and the steady growth of the Valley.
Kelly Malone
Sales Specialist
Helping navigate her clients to their own special piece of Sun Valley is what inspires Kelly Malone. A 20-year resident of Sun Valley, Kelly has 12 years of experience in local land development, construction, property management, and sales. Kelly is committed to fulfilling the full range of her clients' real estate goals, needs, and wishes.
Aaron Hill
After a 17-year career in commercial real estate in San Diego, CA Aaron recently moved back home to the Wood River valley to join the Stephanie Reed Real Estate Team. Having grown up in the valley he is excited to be returning with his wife Erika and three daughters Ellie (9), Gigi (7) and Rosie (4) to rediscover all the valley offers. Aaron loves the outdoors; skiing, river rafting, hunting and fishing. Most of all, he is eager to be a part of the community again that helped developed so much of his values and character and begin helping others with their real estate needs.
Braigen Sorensen

With a background in sales, marketing, and project management, Braigen offers expertise and guidance in working with each client. He is motivated by the ability to make the buying or selling process as enjoyable and effortless as possible, facilitating each transaction from start to finish. With a focus on innovation and creativity, Braigen is always pushing for new ideas and unique opportunities to maximize each project’s potential. In addition to being born and raised in Idaho, his emphasis on attention to detail and design has allowed him to consistently provide value throughout the Wood River Valley real estate market.
